Frequently Asked Questions About This Product

The T-MGA-IN-1000 is an in-situ gas analyzer designed for continuous online monitoring of gases directly inside pipelines or flue gas systems. It provides accurate real-time measurement of industrial gas emissions.
Depending on the configuration, the analyzer can measure gases such as carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
The analyzer is commonly used in applications such as boiler flue gas monitoring, denitrification systems, industrial exhaust monitoring, power plants, and environmental emission monitoring systems.
The analyzer uses advanced optical measurement technologies such as Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) and Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS). These technologies provide highly selective and accurate gas detection even in complex industrial environments.
The system uses high-temperature heat tracing to prevent condensation and includes anti-corrosion components for parts exposed to flue gas. Advanced optical technologies also reduce interference from dust and other background gases.
The system includes an automatic purge function and filtration mechanism. The sampling valve closes automatically at fixed intervals and the purge valve cleans the filter element to prevent dust accumulation and maintain stable operation.
