Fixed Mount Ultrasonic Flow Meter

TUF-F

The TUF-F Fixed Mount Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a high-accuracy flow measurement instrument designed for continuous monitoring of liquid flow in pipelines. It operates using the transit-time ultrasonic measurement principle, where ultrasonic signals are transmitted between two transducers installed on the pipe. The difference in upstream and downstream transit time determines the fluid velocity and flow rate. The TUF-F meter supports clamp-on, insertion, and inline installation configurations, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and municipal flow monitoring applications.

  • Non-intrusive measurement with clamp-on sensors requiring no pipe cutting
  • High measurement accuracy for reliable flow monitoring
  • Suitable for large pipe diameters up to DN6000
  • Low maintenance with no moving parts
  • Flexible installation options including clamp-on, insertion, and inline types
