Microwave Barrier Switch

MWBS

The MWBS Microwave Barrier Switch is a high-performance non-contact detection system designed for monitoring the presence of bulk materials in industrial processes. The system consists of a transmitter and receiver installed opposite each other, where the transmitter emits microwave signals toward the receiver. When material obstructs the microwave signal path, the receiver detects the signal interruption and activates a relay output. This technology enables reliable detection of bulk solids, powders, and granules even in harsh industrial environments.

  • Reliable detection of bulk solids, powders, and granules
  • Stable performance in dusty, high-temperature industrial environments
  • Non-contact measurement reduces wear and maintenance
  • Early fault diagnostics help prevent unexpected downtime
  • Suitable for long detection distances up to 100 meters
